Must Get Up

Terms of Use

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Agreement

These terms apply when you download or use Must Get Up. If you do not agree to them, do not use the App. Apple's standard terms for App Store applications also apply.

What Must Get Up does

Must Get Up is a personal alarm clock with one active alarm, no snooze action, an after-dismissal lockout, optional repeating days, and optional wake checks. Must Get Up V1 is provided at no charge and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Alarm reliability and safety

Must Get Up is a convenience tool, not a safety device. Alarm delivery depends on your device, operating system, permission, sound, battery, and Focus settings. Test the App on your own device before relying on it.

Do not rely on Must Get Up as your only alert for emergencies, medication, caregiving, travel, work, or any other situation where a missed alarm could cause injury, loss, or harm. Use a suitable backup alarm for important events.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Choosing and checking the correct alarm time and days
  • Granting the required alarm or notification permission
  • Keeping the device powered, charged, and audible
  • Understanding the lockout before dismissing an alarm
  • Using the App lawfully and for its intended purpose

Licence and ownership

We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Must Get Up on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store rules. Must Get Up, its design, software, and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and updates

We may fix, change, suspend, or discontinue features. An operating system or App update may be required for continued use. We do not promise that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Must Get Up is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by a missed, delayed, silent, or incorrectly configured alarm.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Must Get Up changes. The current version and date will remain available here. If a change is material, it will apply prospectively as required by law. For questions or support, email:
