If you can snooze,
you will.
Remove the escape route before morning-you starts negotiating. Set one active alarm, get up when it rings, and let the lockout stop a quick replacement.

Fewer escape routes by design
Must Get Up protects one decision: the time you chose the night before.
No Snooze Button
There is no snooze action. When the alarm appears, you can dismiss it, but you cannot ask it to come back in five minutes.
Lockout Timer
Dismissing your alarm starts the lockout you chose. Until it ends, you cannot edit, disable, delete, or replace the alarm.
Commitment Mode
Add an optional wake check when Must Get Up opens. Solve math, shake your phone, walk, or scan a QR code to mark the commitment complete.
