Privacy Policy

The short version

Must Get Up V1 does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics. Your alarm schedule, settings, and wake history are stored on your device. Must Get Up does not operate a server that receives this information.

Information stored on your device

The App stores:

• Your alarm time, label, and repeat days
• Your lockout and wake check choices
• Your alarm dismissal history and streak
• Your vibration preference and onboarding status

This information is used only to provide the App's features. It is not sent to Must Get Up. You can remove it by deleting the App from your device.

Device permissions

Must Get Up asks for alarm or notification access so your alarm can alert you. If you choose a wake check, the App may also ask for camera or motion access.

• Camera access is used only to scan a QR code during a wake check. Must Get Up does not save or transmit camera images.
• Motion access is used only to count steps or detect shaking during a wake check. Must Get Up does not transmit motion data.

You can change these permissions in iOS Settings. Some features will not work when their permission is disabled.

Services provided by Apple and Expo

Apple provides App Store distribution, operating system alarm delivery, and notification services. The App may contact Expo's update service to check for an App update. Those providers may process technical request information under their own privacy policies. Must Get Up does not use those services to build advertising profiles or track you across apps and websites.

Messages you send us

If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use it to reply to your request and maintain necessary support records. Do not send sensitive personal information in a support message.

Purchases and data sales

Must Get Up V1 has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. We do not sell personal information.

Children's privacy

Must Get Up is a general audience utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
