Must Get Up V1

Help and Support

Get your alarm ready, understand the lockout, and find help if something does not work as expected.

Before relying on an alarm

  1. Open Must Get Up Settings and confirm Alarm access says Ready.
  2. Check the alarm time, AM or PM, and selected repeat days.
  3. Keep your iPhone charged and confirm its alarm volume is audible.
  4. On notification fallback devices, review Focus and notification sound settings.
  5. Create a test alarm a few minutes ahead before an important morning.

Must Get Up is not a safety device. Use a suitable backup for time-critical or safety-critical events.

Alarm permission

On iOS 26 and later, Must Get Up uses Apple AlarmKit and asks for alarm permission. On earlier supported iOS versions, it uses local notifications and asks for notification permission. If access is off, open Must Get Up, choose Settings, then choose Enable alarms or open iOS Settings directly.

One alarm and the lockout

Must Get Up allows one active alarm and has no snooze action. Dismissing it starts the lockout you selected. During the lockout, the alarm cannot be edited, disabled, deleted, or replaced. A one-time alarm turns off after dismissal. A repeating alarm remains ready for its next selected day.

Wake checks

Wake checks are optional. Must Get Up may ask you to solve a short task, shake the phone, walk, or scan a QR code after the alarm is dismissed and the App opens. Camera images and motion data stay on your device.
